invite

well since we dont have a really setup way of recruiting and since we have alot of memebers now... im thinking we should redefine our way of recruiting... so im doing an amendment to add to the constituion

V. Recruitment
i. Only gl/gm are able to invite somebody to join the clan. Lower ranks can refer the potential recruits to the gl/gm, but only the gl/gm can offically invite him
ii. Once invited, the potential recruit should be told by that gl/gm to post a topic on the forums
iii. Once the post happens, the council will vote on whether or not this person is to become tf

but yeah thats about it.. i think latley ive been noticing some people getting invited who.. are dont get me wrong, nice people but not worthy of tf standards. And i personly hate when somebody gets invited and then we have to turn them down b/c we just look like jerks and not to sound like a little kid again but "indian givers" thats the only word i can think to describe it lol. So to advoid us looking like douchebags, i think its best if only the leaders are able to invite somebody to join. B/c yesterday i saw like 5 people who wanted to join.. and no offense to aod, but i dont really want to become the next aod

So like last night Whirls had an epic resurrection and I might have invited him to join.... but it's whirls come on you can't hate for that!

guys suggest them... dont technically invite them
dont tell them they are inivted.. say.. hey contact th e leaders and what not
